If you try to login too many times with wrong credentials, your IP will be blocked. You need to ask support to get your IP unblocked.
Reminder: your login IS NOT your email. Your login is the login name you gave when opting-in.
(trick: you may use a VPN to change your IP and log into your account, if you have correct credentials, and cannot wait from us to unblock your IP)
In some cases, you account may be blocked too. Typically, if you make a refund claim to our payment service processor, your account is immediatelly blocked. If you need a refund, talk to us first, and whem within our TnCs, we will process it.
