If you try to login too many times with wrong credentials, your IP will be blocked. You need to ask support to get your IP unblocked.
Reminder: your login IS NOT your email. Your login is the login name you gave when opting-in.
Trick: If your IP is blocked and have correct credentials, use a VPN to change your IP and log into your account. That will allow to move on until your IP is unblocked.
